French Floral Shopping Cart Cover

The Tuffet Too comes with its own safety strap and buckle. To use, place the Tuffet Too in shopping cart with the decorative side up and align the leg holes. Fold all sides over the cart. Secure safety straps to shopping cart by placing them through the back grid of cart seat and through the openings at the back of the Tuffet Too. Then, buckle the safety straps around the child. Now, Mommy and baby are ready to shop!
